Patch 10.2.5
Dragonriding will be available in all old-world continents wherever regular flying is currently available. Dragonriding in the Old World is at 85% of the speed of Dragonriding in the Dragon Isles, but it is still substantially faster and more fun than regular flying. In Patch 10.2.5, Dragonriding will still be limited to Dragonriding mounts but the developers at Blizzard are hard at work adapting as many of the current flying mounts to Dragonriding - or Dynamic Flying - as is possible for next expansion.

EL'AMETH: THE HOME OF THE NIGHT ELVES IN PATCH 10.2.5
Bel'ameth is under construction. The Night Elves finally have a place to call their own and as with all great things, it will take time to complete. The former Amirdrassil Central Encampment is growing to fit the Night Elf needs and will include the town of Bel'amath, Belanaar harbor, Arlithrien Lodge, the Twilight Watchtower and Evenfall Watchtowers. There will also be a suite of portals to other Night Elf connected locations throughout Azeroth, such as Feathermoon Stronghold in Feralas.
